In America, thousands daily are tortured to death - torn limb from limb, chemically burned, and worse. What is their crime? The answer - nothing, but just as the Jews in WWII, thousands are forced to accept the consequences of anothers action, but in the land of the free, these countless Americans are never given a voice, never given the chance to fight back, and they are denied all their rights, yet our goverment doesn't seem to care. These countless victims are tiny innocent human babies.
According to the abortion industry, almost 90% of all abortions are performed using vacuum aspiration and suction curettage, and they are performed between the 7TH and 15TH week of pregnancy. This type of abortion begins by dilating the mothers cervix large enough to allow a cannula, a hollow tube is connected to a hand or electric pump, to be inserted into the uterus. As the vacuum is created by the pump, the abortionist runs the tip of the cannula along the surface of the uterus, causing the baby to be dislodged and sucked into the tube—either whole or in pieces. Suction Curettage is a variation of vacuum aspiration in which the suction machine is used to get the baby out. Any remaining parts are then scraped out with a surgical instrument called a curette. Following that, a second pass through the mother's uterus with the suction machine to insure that none of the baby parts are left behind.
Despite the uneducated ideology that there is nothing but "a blob of tissue" inside the womb which is apart of the mother who therefore has the right to destroy it, there is a seperate, living, human being inside the womb (see our [] section). The baby is, of course, the main victim in this brutal act. Simply put, ABORTION IS MURDER. According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, to murder is to unlawfully deprive someone of life, especially with malice or aforethought. Every single baby whose mother gets these abortions is deprived of his life (see our [] section for evidence of life inside the womb). But how devastating those last few seconds must be for this child who was never given a choice and who has done nothing wrong. By the eighth week of pregnancy, the baby has brain waves and is sensitive to pain. He is just growing and developing inside the womb which should be the safest place he will ever be, and all of a sudden this vacuum comes in and literally rips him apart.
There is little we can say with words about what abortion does to the countless innocent babies, but how true is the statement, a picture is worth a thousand words.
